After more than a decade of success and experience, Katherine Lindo, Esq. became a partner in the firm of Mejias, Milgrim, Alvarado & Lindo, P.C. in 2019. Ms. Lindo originally joined the law firm in 2009.

Ms. Lindo has extensive experience in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including: custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution of assets, business valuations, counsel fee applications, divorce agreements, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, enforcement proceedings and appeals.

Since admission to the bar, Ms. Lindo has focused on family and matrimonial law, helping her clients through the most difficult experience in their lives. Ms. Lindo is committed to providing compassionate guidance to her clients, while expertly advocating on their behalf.

Ms. Lindo has litigated cases throughout the State of New York, in the Family Court, Supreme Court and in the Appellate Division.

Ms. Lindo is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 2009) and the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A., summa cum laude, 2006). Ms. Lindo is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the Bar of the State of Maryland.
