Jennifer Schenker, Esq. is Of Counsel to the firm of Mejias, Milgrim, Alvarado & Lindo, P.C.

Jennifer L. Schenker graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Touro Law Center in 2009.

Ms. Schenker devotes her practice to all areas of Matrimonial and Family Law litigation. She primarily focuses on matters involving contested and complex divorces, custody, child support, relocation, neglect, orders of protection, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters, in all five boroughs of the City of New York and Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Ms. Schenker has conducted trials regarding complex matrimonial and Family Court matters. Ms. Schenker has negotiated numerous complex settlements in matrimonial actions.

Jennifer was the President of the Huntington Lawyers’ Club from 2018-2019 and has been named as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star Attorney by Super Lawyers.

Ms. Schenker has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, Matrimonial Bar Association of Suffolk County, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association and is the Past President of the Huntington Lawyers’ Club.
